I don't want to receive any more, so what should I do?
You can usually subscribe to them. Check out the emails they sent below. In the meantime, mark it as spam and it will be sent to your spam, not your inbox.
If you are asking for an ■■■■ presentation, open it and look at the bottom of the page. You can subscribe or click on the link in it. Fill out the form or follow the instructions, now you need to unsubscribe from the service. Unfortunately, there are some that do not stop and you send them to the spa inbox as spam. If they keep sending you can block the address.
Find the Options link in the upper right corner of the message screen and click on it.

Enter the email address you want to block and click Ad Block.
You will never receive an email from this address.
Since this is a well known business, the link to subscribe should work. Make sure it redirects you to a phishing site, not a phishing site.
Email is accumulating too much.
Mark them as spam in your inbox and try to forward the message by saying STOP ... Not sure if this will work for email, but it will work for text messages.
Exit your site.
