Network Video Recorders

Network video recorders (NVRs) are IP devices specially designed to control cameras and record and view camera video in one place. NVRs are typically low-cost off-the-shelf (COTS) or PC-grade server systems. They usually include an embedded operating system or client operating system that hosts video management software that provides users with a mechanism to view, record, and control camera feeds.
