The IT budget is a global breakdown of an organization's IT expenditure over a 12-month . IT costs/budgets can come from anywhere in the business where IT costs arise and are not limited to the IT organization. Includes operating cost estimates for decentralized IT and/or shadow IT. The IT budget includes hardware, software, human resources, outsourcing, disaster recovery and maintenance costs associated with IT support within the organization.
