I left a carpenter standing at my door and he told me I needed to check my roof for hail in the area. He told me that he was damaged by hail. He asked me to contact his agent and sue and he would help me to represent and reach an agreement. Everything was fast, within a week I accepted the insurance application. After some research I found out that these roofs have not been working for a long time (6 months), so I decided to stop them. After I called him, he told me that he had made a deal with them. I've always believed that this was just a date, not a real deal. I really don't want to work with these guys because if something goes wrong I can't sue them. You will be away for a long time. Where did I break my contract? I also saw a consumer rights document stating that there should be a deadline for an agreement to start and end work and notify consumers of their return rights within 72 hours.
