Presumably, if you're celebrating in Mexico and it's a girl, and you do, a guy will handle a girl's party.
It was in an episode of Monk and I was trying to figure out what the girl had to do to get the pearl. Are they like carnival beads that you need to lift your shirt? Or what? =)

I'm Mexican, I've been to Mexico a lot in Persia and I've never heard of it.
The only things that come to mind are the common pearls (like Mardi Gras) thrown at Cinco de Mayo parades and parties, which they call the Dark Party. But you don't need SW or anything ...
